Ryan James is a Vice President of BankTexas based in Quitman. In this capacity, he is
responsible for originating consumer, commercial,
and mortgage loans. He rejoined BankTexas in 2008.
Prior to his present role, Mr. James served as a
loan officer at Wood County National Bank, and
before that, as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones
in Emory, TX. Previously he was a Loan Review
analyst at BankTexas. Mr. James began his banking
career as a Credit Analyst at TIB, an independent
bankers’ bank headquartered in Dallas, TX.
Mr. James graduated with a BBA in Finance from the
Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in
College Station, TX, as well as Mineola High
School. He is an active member of Rose Hill Baptist
Church in Mineola. Mr. James currently serves as
director within the Rotary Club of Mineola, as well
as the Main Street Board of Mineola. He has
previously held positions such as director of the
Quitman Chamber of Commerce, Endowment Committee
Member of the Mineola Civic Center, and assisted
with the process of establishing Mineola as a
Certified Retirement Community. |
