Pat Ward, CPA is Senior Vice President & Controller of BankTexas.

  Ms. Ward previously served as an Assistant Vice President in the Accounting department before

  assuming her role as Controller.  In this current capacity, she directs the preparation of financial and

  special reports required by regulatory authorities. Ms. Ward also oversees the Accounting and Audit

  departments.

  Before joining BankTexas in 2002, Ms. Ward was Compliance Manager for Texas Instruments.  She

  has extensive experience in accounting and over 20 years of industry experience.

  Ms. Ward holds both an MBA and BSBA in Accounting from Pittsburg State University.  She is also a

  Certified Public Accountant.
