Mitzi Pearce is a Vice President of BankTexas.

  Ms. Pearce joined BankTexas in 2002 as Supervisor of the Loan Operations Department, and later

  served as Compliance and Loan Review Officer.  In her current position, Ms. Pearce maintains a

  portfolio of mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans.

  Ms. Pearce moved to Mineola from Mesquite in 2002.  In Mesquite, she served as an executive officer

  of a banking institution she helped organize.

  Ms. Pearce is President-Elect of the Mineola Pilot Club.  She also serves as an advisor on the board of

  directors of the Mineola Chamber of Commerce.  She has previously been involved in chamber activity

  and has held offices in various civic organizations.

  Ms. Pearce holds a BA in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She has over 32 years of

  industry experience, primarily in banking operations.
