Lori Kindle
Vice President & Controller |
Lori Kindle, a Certified Public Accountant,
is Vice President & Controller of BankTexas.
In this capacity, she oversees all aspects
of the Bank's financial accounting, manages
the Bank's compliance with federal banking
regulations, and reports directly to the
President & CEO.
Ms. Kindle joined BankTexas in 2004 as an
accountant, became an Assistant Vice
President in 2007, and assumed her current
role in 2009. Prior to joining BankTexas,
Ms. Kindle worked as an accountant for the
firm of Larry Coventry, CFP, CPA.
Ms. Kindle is involved in Quitman 4-H Club
and Wood County 4-H VLAT.
Ms. Kindle holds a BBA in Accounting from
the University of Texas at Tyler.
