Lori Kindle, a Certified Public Accountant, is Vice President and Controller of Bank Texas.  In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of the Bank’s financial accounting, manages the Bank’s compliance with federal banking regulations, and reports directly to the President & CEO. 

Ms. Kindle joined BankTexas in 2004 as an accountant, became an Assistant Vice President in 2007, and assumed her current role in 2009.

Prior to joining BankTexas, Ms. Kindle worked as an accountant for the firm of Larry Coventry, CFP, CPA.  She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler, where she received a BBA in Accounting.  She is involved in the Quitman 4-H Club and Wood County 4-H VLAT.
