Rick Havard is a 1989 Graduate of Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with a focus on Financial Planning and Services. He has worked in various areas of the financial services industry including being a Vice President at a national wire house. Team Manager in national mutual fund complex, and Advisor Manager for a fee based money manager. In 2002 Rick left the corporate environment and the life of an employee to pursue his dreams of owning his own financial planning practice. Rick focuses on a range of important planning matters including retirement accumulation and distribution strategies, small business owners succession and retirement planning, family financial planning, college planning, investment allocation and selection. Rick, his wife Kim and daughters Katelyn and Caroline live in Prosper Texas. When Rick isn't working with clients he can be found at the Soccer Fields with Katelyn or Caroline.

Dylan is a graduate of Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Financial Services and Planning. Dylan focuses on helping families and small business owners with key strategies for Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, and College Planning. He prefers to refer to the consulting services that he provides as coaching.
