eBank has been upgraded!  Our enhanced new system is easy to use and offers some exciting features – a convenient check register, the ability to search for past transactions, full integration with BillPay (our free online bill payment product), and more. We're sure you'll like it.

 

To access your accounts, you must re-enroll in eBank in a quick online process.  Use this guide to help you through the process, or jump to a particular section:

EXTENDED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

 

If you have any questions, please call your local BankTexas location.

 

For your convenience during the upgrade, our call center will be open extended hours:

 

·         Monday, May 11 – Friday, May 15:   8 am until 7 pm

·         Saturday, May 16:                             9 am until 2 pm

 


ENROLLING IN THE NEW eBANK

The new login box is in the middle-left of our homepage, www.banktexas.org.

 

Here’s what to do:

 

  1. Have all of your account number handy

  2. Click the ‘enroll’ button located under the new login box

  3. Read and accept the user agreement

  4. Complete the online banking enrollment form

 

This process should take about 15 minutes at most.

 


WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO DO AFTER LOGGING IN

 

Please be aware that your account information and balances will not appear until the following business day.

 

    Recreate alerts. Existing balance or transaction alerts won’t work in the new system. If you’ve set up alerts for yourself, please recreate them.

 

    Download transactions. Conveniently download transactions into Quicken or Money by selecting the History/Download option.

 

    Setup Recurring Transfers. All future dated/recurring transfers will not carry over to the new system and will need to be set up anytime after May 11.  The new system makes setting up transfers easy; for assistance, please call you local BankTexas location.

                                               

 


OTHER CHANGES TO BE AWARE OF

 

    Account history. At first you will only see account transactions going back to May 4, 2009.  As time passes, you’ll build up history online and have access to up to 24 months of transactions, an improvement of six months over the current system.
