EXTENDED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

 

If you have any questions, please call your local BankTexas location. 

 

For your convenience during the upgrade, our call center will be open extended hours:

 

·         Monday, May 11 – Friday, May 15:  8 am until 7 pm

·         Saturday, May 16:                            9 am until 2 pm

 


LOGGING IN TO THE NEW eBANK FOR THE FIRST TIME

 

From now on, you will log into eBank by typing your Access ID and Passcode into the boxes in the middle-left of our homepage. Your BillPay and eBank accounts will be integrated into the same screen! 

 

Your new eBank Access ID is:   your existing BillPay username

                                              if you can’t remember your username, please call your local BankTexas location »

 

Your temporary passcode is:     the last four digits of your social security number plus the first four letters

                                              of your last name

                                              (for example, if your name is Jane Jones, and your SSN is 123-45-6789,

                                               your temporary passcode would be “6789jone”)

 

You will be prompted to reset your passcode after logging in for the first time.

 


WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO DO AFTER LOGGING IN

 

    Recreate alerts. Existing balance or transaction alerts won’t work in the new system. If you’ve set up alerts for yourself, please recreate them.

 

    Download transactions. Conveniently download transactions into Quicken or Money by selecting the History/Download option.

 

    Setup Recurring Transfers. All future dated/recurring transfers will not carry over to the new system and will need to be set up anytime after May 11.  The new system makes setting up transfers easy; for assistance, please call you local BankTexas location.

 


OTHER CHANGES TO BE AWARE OF

 

    Account history. At first you will only see account transactions going back to May 4, 2009.  As time passes, you’ll build up history online and have access to up to 24 months of transactions, an improvement of six months over the current system.
