Charlie Rand is the Vice President & Lindale Market Manager with responsibility for managing and originating commercial, mortgage and consumer loans.

Prior to joining Bank Texas in 2007, Mr. Rand was a Vice President and Loan Officer with two Farm Credit System Associations in East Texas from 2000 to 2007. He was responsible for originating and managing farm and ranch mortgages, residential mortgages and agricultural production loans. Before that he served as Assistant General Manager of the East Texas State Fair Association in Tyler, Texas.

Mr. Rand currently is serving as Vice President of the Smith County Farm Bureau Board, Chairman of the Smith County AgriLife Livestock and Forage Committee, Treasurer of Smith County AgriLife Leadership Advisory Board and Lone Star Beefmaster Breeders Association State Director.

Mr. Rand attended Texas A&M University at College Station where he received a B.S. in Agricultural Science.

Mr. Rand resides in Lindale.
