Anna Miller is Vice President and Customer Experience Officer of BankTexas.  In this present

  capacity, she directs all bank employees toward improving every customer’s experience with

  BankTexas. Ms. Miller leads regular training sessions and monitor employees’ interactions with

  customers.  Her role is expanding as the bank continues raising its bar for customer service.  She

  reports directly to the President & CEO.

 

  Previously, Ms. Miller was Assistant Cashier and responsible for managing the Account Services

  representatives at all of the bank’s offices.   Her banking career began at BankTexas in 1996, when

  she managed the bank’s Mineola Wal-Mart office.

 

  Ms. Miller is involved in the community, serving on the board of directors of the Quitman Chamber

  of Commerce and delivering Meals-on-Wheels.  A Quitman resident for most of her life, she is a

  Quitman High School graduate.
