Tammy Lewis

Vice President, Customer Service Manager


Tammy Lewis is Vice President and Customer Service Manager. She joined BankTexas in 2011 as the Tyler Store Manager and has served in her current capacity since 2012.


Tammy has worked in the banking industry for over 15 years. Before coming to BankTexas, Tammy served as a Lobby Manager for Prosperity Bank's Tyler office. Early career, Tammy started a customer service area to serve over 50 banking centers and then began and managed a customer call center for Jacksonville Savings and Franklin Bank that included 146 banking centers.


Tammy's additional roles throughout her career have included positions in teller departments and customer service. Tammy holds Call Center Management Certification.


Tammy enjoys being active in her community of Jacksonville. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, Former Adopt-A-School Chair and a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.


Tammy has been married to Jonathan Lewis for over 23 years. They have two children, Matthew and Tiffany, both Baylor Bears.
